Kitesurfing in Belgium
2008.
I was in Belgium to see
my family and my Son.
And I had some Kiting days
in the Nord Sea,
how was cold but when you love the Sport you
ready to do everything for it. Enjoy the Movie
and see some New Jumps (back
rotation,
back kite loop, transition left and right side)
The Nord Sea is very special, the weather can
change in 5min. Plus we have lots of currents
how
change of direction with the high and low tide.

The SeaSolBeach experience
was one of the best I have had for kiteboarding. Xavier
and Isabel were very kind and accommodating. My primary
interest was to concentrate on kiteboarding and simply
rest and relax and enjoy the people at the hostel for
the remainder of the time. This was easily accomplished
since Xavier wanted to kiteboard any chance he
could get. Xavier was quite helpful in all areas of
my stay. I purchased a kite from Xavier which greatly
helped my learning curve. I would recommend a stay at
SeaSolBeach for anyone wanting very reasonable accomodations
and, of course, kiteboarding.
My kiteboarding skill level improved substantially during
my stay. When I came to SeaSolBeach I was unable to
go upwind or stay up on the board for much time at all.
Within my 2 week stay I was able to stay up, go upwind,
change directions without water starting, and managed
a few jumps. Great progress! Xavier was a great help
in this progress since he gave me numerous pointers.Many

Seasolbeach is probably
the best hostel in Panama.It is conveniently located
about 10 min.walking from a nice, quiet, uncrowded beach.Also
nearby (20min walk)is a supermarket, open 24h. The place
is clean and reasonably quiet.Now, if you like kite-boarding,
like I do, than there is another reason to stay at SeasolBeach
Hostel,as the owner Xavier is also a big fan of this
rapidly growing sport.He also happens to be approved
distributor of the Genetrix kites in Panama. I am 45
years old, weigh 110kg and I ended up buying a 14m kite
from Xavier and I am happy with it. Good quality and
the price too. Like they say - nobody has ever been
sorry, for buying the best. He also has different sizes
of Genetrix kites .Lessons are available. Few times
a week, you can catch a ride with Xavier to place called
Punta Chame, a perfect place for kite-boarding,with
good winds ranging from 12 to 26 knots, from mid December
to mid May.(don't be shy to chip in for gasoline expense)
I visited the place twice with my wife and definitely
will come again in the future.
